Here are some secrets to meditate in the morning.

1. I have never been a morning person, a night bird is a better description for me. I have been like this for a long time. But now I successfully wake up at 5:00 am.
2. The house and street is silent. The only sounds that I hear is the chirping of the birds.
3. The air is fresh especially in the morning especially neuro-muscular breathing. I have much higher energy levels on the days that wake up early and exercise early.
4. Having a co-meditator is another way that I am able to benefit in meditating in the morning.
